How Does it Work? Step 1: Identify the service(s) right for you and your budget and fill out the booking form

Once you have decided what you want, get in touch to organise an appointment for your consultation or chosen package. Then go straight to step 3!

Step 2: Confirmation Details & PreparationOnce I have received your message or have spoken to you and you have decided on an appointment date, you can then make your payment.
Payment can be made via the website or by bank transfer. Once payment is made, I will send confirmation details (along with any other relevant details) via email.
At least 5 days before your appointment, you will be required to have your completed pre-profiling questionnaire (if required) and where possible a recent full length photo and headshot – enabling me to craft a session to suit your needs.
Completing this
questionnaire will also help you identify everything you need advice on and get you to really consider what you want to achieve in your session, ensuring you ultimately get the most out of your time with me.
Finally, you can enjoy a fun, relaxed and informative session that will help you take your style, image and wardrobe to the next level.
Step 3: PaymentsBookings are made on a first come, first saved basis. To fully reserve your booking, you are required to pay the required amount in full at least 7 days after booking a date and time in my diary to secure your place.
A deposit amount of £50 may be acceptable in certain circumstances to secure your booking.
For those ordering gift vouchers, payment must be made in full, only until then can I confirm your request and send your gift voucher.
Please note that all payments online are secure and are handled by stripe/paypal. Once you have made your payment, I will send you confirmation via email (within 24 hours).
Gift vouchers will also be sent within 24 hours after purchase. Gift vouchers will be sent digitally unless otherwise requested.
For workshops, payment must be made up to 14 days after the workshop has been carried out.
Refund Policy* I offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of booking, after that, reschedule only.
* I do not offer refunds for appointments cancelled within 24 hours before the session, even if booked within the last 14 days.
* I am more than happy to reschedule cancellations only once, after which no refund will be provided.
* I do not offer refunds after the consultation.
Step 4: Day of Consultation or PackageOn the day of your consultation, please come dressed casually and wearing minimal make-up (applies to women). Please layer up or wear something warm if your consultation is studio based. My studio is in a traditional building and can feel colder than most buildings even with heating on.
Consultations will normally take place at my studio in Strathaven, just outside Glasgow (address details below) unless otherwise agreed.
Personal Shopping takes place in Glasgow City Centre. We normally meet at John Lewis Benugo Cafe, then proceed to the shops for shopping.
Wardrobe declutters will take place at your home.
Group Workshops can take place at a venue of your choice.
